CREMATION PLANS

Cremation is becoming more popular in New England, and why not cremation is popular throughout the world. The advantages are many. Ashes can be buried in any cemetery lot anywhere in the country or world where a relative is buried, even if the lot is already full and/or without using an existing empty grave. Ashes can be transported anywhere in the world at minimum cost. Ashes can be scattered on or near a spot of significant remembrance. Evening funeral services can be held with the ashes buried or scattered at a later time. Today many opportunities exist for meaningful services for the benefit of family and friends, both before and after cremation takes place.
